This software system has been developed for the following purposes:

• effective organization of distance and part-time education in higher education institutions, as well as independent learning within full-time education, using distance learning technologies;

• improvement of education quality by providing faculty members and students involved in distance, part-time, and independent learning with necessary learning materials, assignments, and other relevant information;

• enhancement of faculty and student productivity, ensuring data transparency and security, digitalization of institutional documentation, support for managerial decision-making, and improvement of the quality of educational services.

The software system performs the following functions:

• effective organization of independent learning hours for distance, part-time, and full-time education based on distance learning technologies;

• creation of faculty and student profiles integrated with the HEMIS information system;

• organization of online classes based on BigBlueButton technology;

• enabling faculty members to upload their own video, audio, and text-based instructional materials by academic modules;

• providing students with the ability to submit completed assignments online;

• organization and administration of test-based assessments, including automatic recording of results in rating and grading registers;

• generation of consolidated academic performance records by subject and their integration with the HEMIS system;

• organization of the educational process through integration with HEMIS, including retrieving data on students, faculty members, academic programs and specializations, semesters, study groups, courses, and curricula from HEMIS, as well as automatic submission of students’ current, midterm, and final examination results back to HEMIS.
