Information about the software system

 In order to learn the students' opinion on the training sessions of the professors and teachers, the "Feedback and peer review" platform has been developed in our university. The main aim of this   project is to improve the quality of training sessions by ensuring that the training sessions of professors and teachers at the Higher Educational Institution are constantly evaluated by students, and the students' opinions about teaching staff are quickly conveyed to the responsible persons at the Higher Educational Institution and also healthy competition among professors by forming basic information that is important as a criterion for motivating potential professors and teachers, ensuring an interesting transition of training sessions   is to create a healthy environment and increase interest to classes and sessions among young people.

 Students can express their opinion on the training session through the bot @tfiuzBot. To use this bot, a student will log into Telegram and search for  (@tfiuzBot username) and register with this Telegram bot.

 Steps to register:

1). Press the /start command while logged in to the bot

2). Next, enter the HEMIS ID (STUDENT_ID_NUMBER) provided by the HEMIS educational platform.

 As soon as the student is registered he/she can use this bot.

 What to do in exceptional cases?

 If a student has entered with another   ID name and registered, it can be corrected by contacting the admin by clicking on the Admin menu.

 In other cases, Hemis can evaluate the teaching potential of the professor according to the lesson schedule created on the educational platform. This evaluation message comes automatically from the bot.

 The evaluations and opinions about the educational activities of professors and teachers are summarized by the managers on the website https://monitoring.tsue.uz.
