Carries out professional activity as an Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics of Tashkent State University of Economics.

In 1970–1987, he began his professional activity as an Assistant at the Department of Statistics of the Tashkent Institute of National Economy. From 1987 to 1991, he continued his professional activity as an Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics of the Tashkent Institute of National Economy. Since 1991 to the present, he has been carrying out his professional activity as an Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics of Tashkent State University of Economics.

In 1970, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy with a bachelor's degree in "Labor Economics" and in 1978 completed postgraduate studies at Tashkent State University of Economics.

Author of more than 100 educational-methodical and scientific research works.
